Chroma Recruitment are a central Manchester-based business, with an ambitious team and equally ambitious growth plans! To support our future, we are looking for a self-motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant who can help expand our network and take Chroma to the next level.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Search and identify top candidates using our database and relevant job boards
- Telephone / video screen candidates
- Manage the full client and candidate process from interviews to offers
- Develop your own personal brand by networking and utilising social media
- Work closely with other Consultants to accurately identify the needs of our clients
- Be given clear goals and targets to achieve based on industry expertise
- Provide top-class service to candidates and clients
Qualities and skills you’ll need to succeed:
- Excellent communication, written and verbal
- Be self-motivated, determined, and tenacious
- Be comfortable building relationships
- Have problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Be able to follow a structure and process whilst being innovative and creative
