About Us:

Bureau Technical Services are a world-class provider of tailored Engineering recruitment solutions, partnering with a number of global Clients across the Energy sectors.

Due to growth and recent client wins across the energy sectors we are now seeking a dynamic, ambitious and passionate individual to join the team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to support in the delivery of key projects.

With the right one-to-one training your role will involve overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, specialising in attracting and retaining top-tier candidates with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Acquisition

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract and select high-quality candidates.
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking events, and partnerships, to attract talent pools.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to ensure the selection of the best-fit candidates for our client.

2. Client Development

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop customised recruitment solutions, ensuring a deep understanding of their organisational culture and requirements.
  • Proactively address client concerns, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

3. Process Management

  • Managing the end to end recruitment cycle from the first point of contact until completion. Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up.

4. Research & Market Intelligence

  • Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping and utilising various social media and recruitment tools.
  • Attending industry related events, conferences, and exhibitions

5. Compliance:

  • Ensure all recruitment and placement activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to candidates and client interactions.
