Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Manchester

£20,000-£24,000 basic (Plus commission, bonuses, and other performance-based benefits)


We’re looking for confident, driven, and ambitious individuals to work in Manchester as trainee recruitment consultants.


You'll be joining a team of highly experienced recruiters and top billers that will be on hand to offer you 1 on 1 training and a structured learning and development program that will give you the tools to succeed as a recruitment consultant.


You will begin as a 180 resourcer managing the candidate process before establishing yourself into a 360 recruiter dealing with managing both the client side as well as candidates.

What you will be doing:

· Headhunting and reaching out to candidates via direct applications, job boards, LinkedIn, etc and screening and shortlisting candidates against jobs

· Preparing candidates for interview

· Booking interviews, negotiating salaries, and ensuring successful placements of candidates

· Proactively engaging with new and existing clients to identify new hiring opportunities and understand their requirements and culture, to match candidates.

· Havin full autonomy and responsibility for the recruitment process.
