Generous Commission and incentives structure
- Uncapped commission paying up to 35% for each placement made
- 120k billings = 50k OTE
- 200k billings = 80 OTE
- All expenses paid for 1/4 trips to fabulous destinations.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment/ sales is preferred but not required, experience in customer services is also applicable to this role.
- Eagerness to grow and learn within the engineering industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients and candidates.
- Positive attitude and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Motivation for career advancement and success.
- A proactive approach to contributing to team goals.
