About the Role We are expanding our team of Direct Sales Field Sales Executives and are looking for motivated, ambitious, customer-focused, and target-driven individuals with an exceptional work ethic. As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will quickly learn the ropes and build your career in this field with us. We offer you a chance to learn and develop in areas such as: Direct Sales to consumers Being part of the team developing our brand awareness and sales Attending local community events You will be working with a team of established Direct Sales professionals, supported by a Sales Trainer and Sales Team Leads. These customer-focused, driven professionals will help you to build our customer base and brand as well as your role with us. Once you are up and running, you will be earning commission for each of your sales, and we expect you to quickly move up to a promotion to Direct Sales Executive, earning a higher salary and commission (moving towards a base salary of c27k and OTE of 50k). Key Requirements Driving licence and access to a vehicle Enthusiasm and an outgoing personality with a desire to engage with the public The ability to have good conversations with customers, educating them and building rapport quickly with a pleasant attitude Excellent time management and organisational skills A desire to be coached, trained, and grow A can-do attitude No sales experience required - what is more important is your desire to learn and grow and achieve in your role Salary and Benefits Salary: £22,000 plus travel allowance (£3k), plus commission (uncapped) Full training via our Sales Training programme Regular ongoing coaching from our Senior Sales Professionals and Sales Trainer A competitive salary An extra £3k added to your annual salary as a travel allowance 26 days of holiday plus 8 public holidays Birthday day off!
