Trainee Telecoms Engineer

£29,000 Basic Salary (OTE between £29,000-£36,288) + 4 day working week + Health Care Plan + 33 Days Holiday (Including Bank Holidays) + Van + Fuel + Tools + Other benefits
Are you seeking a career in the bustling industry of Telecommunications? Are you interested in an entry-level role where you will be provided full training and mentorship through a specialised onboarding plan? Do you have experience in any form of Customer service background?
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced highly motivated candidate to join one of the UK's largest Telecommunication providers. You will be supported through 6 months of structured training and mentorship to develop your skills to excel in this customer-facing role. This opportunity would suit someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality customer experience and has a genuine interest in a career in Telecoms.

In this role no two days will be the same, you will be tasked with installations, fault fixing and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You are fully trained in both technical and customer service elements of the role and given support throughout your time in the business to ensure you have a successful career.
The ideal candidate will relish the opportunity to provide outstanding levels of customer service, and experience from any customer-facing background will be considered. The only two entry requirements are you live in one of the postcodes referenced in this advert & you hold a Full Manual UK driving license.

The Role
Installation, fault finding and delivering outstanding levels of customer experience
Industry-leading 24 weeks Training & mentorship programme
Field-based role working multiple jobs per day
Working hours are 37.5 hours per week across 4 days from Monday to Saturday with a 3-week shift rotation
The Person
Essential to have Full UK Manual Driving license, with no more than 8 points
