£15.13-£16.04 per hour
Shift:

Monday-Thursday 09:00-17:00, Friday 09:00-16:45 (36 hours per week), Flexible to accommodate rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends. Please be aware that shifts may vary within the week and from week to week.
Location:

Based at Radar Road, Leicester. However you will travel between sites.

Our Next Online Learning & Development team is on a mission to design and deliver world class learning experiences, communications & resources which enable our people to provide exceptional service for our customers.

As a Trainer for The Next Online Learning & Development team, you'll work across three sites delivering engaging learning initiatives to diverse audiences within the business. This encompasses onboarding induction programmes, management training, and the development of existing employees through ad hoc learning initiatives.

Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with our Material Developers to research, shape, and develop materials that support the learning cycle, aiming to bring learning initiatives to life and drive exceptional customer service across the entire business.

What you’ll be doing:

Utilise a variety of methods to enhance and ensure the transfer of learning, collaborating closely within the Learning & Development Team to shape and refine delivery approaches and materials, fostering learner engagement and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

Conduct onboarding induction programs for new hires and implement additional learning initiatives to support the development of existing employees. Provide tailored recommendations for training solutions that meet both individual and team requirements.

Recognize opportunities for enhancing existing course materials and delivery methods, and contribute to the development of new learning initiatives. Effectively manage priorities, demonstrating flexibility to navigate conflicting demands. Expectation to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, across three different sites, involving travel and occasional overnight stays.

What we’re looking for:

Demonstrated history of successfully delivering content to diverse audiences. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to adapt message delivery based on audience characteristics.

Proficient in crafting engaging and informative presentations and/or training materials. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Strong coaching abilities with a track record of fostering career development discussions. Demonstrate creativity in your approach, offering a diverse skill set, and exhibiting the ability to quickly learn new skills and processes.

Display motivation, enthusiasm, and flexibility. Possess a Full UK Driving Licence.
