Job Role:


Vinci Construction UK Ltd are recruiting for a Training Administrator to join their Learning and Development team based in our head offices in Watford.


Reporting to the Learning & Development Business Partner, the Training Administrator will be responsible for supporting team with upskilling our work force by booking and managing training.



Duties:



  • Liaise with a range of training providers and our employees to coordinate and book courses
  • Advise our work force on training courses available to them
  • Maintain accurate training records for our employees. This includes attendance sheets
  • Update and manage the training schedule
  • Raise purchase orders related to training courses
  • Support the team with managing training queries in a timely manner



Person Specification


  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role involving coordinating multiple bookings at any one time
  • Experience in customer services
  • Demonstrable skills in data accuracy
  • Proficient all Microsoft programmes, including database systems and Excel
  • Knowledge of construction and/or facilities management industries is advantageous but not essential
