2plan is on the lookout for a T&C Supervisor with a passion for excellence and a commitment to upholding our high standards. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of financial advice through diligent supervision and coaching.

Key Accountabilities:


As a T&C Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the effective delivery and supervision of the 2plan T&C scheme. Your responsibilities include:


  • Assessing and approving pre-approval cases.
  • Conducting one-to-ones, roleplays, and providing feedback.
  • Ensuring up-to-date Adviser records and compliance with business standards.
  • Facilitating Adviser Induction Courses and participating in regional meetings.
  • Offering ongoing support to Advisers, supervising their progression in the T&C scheme.
  • Addressing Regulatory Helpline queries and identifying trends for improvement.
  • Building and maintaining robust internal and external relationships.



What will you need to succeed?


  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a financial services organisation, ideally in a T&C role. Level 4 diploma qualified or working towards, with a desire to pursue further qualifications.
  • Skills: Strong in financial planning, coaching, and technical knowledge, excellent in communication, and adept at problem-solving.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of COBS, ICOB, MCOB, TCF, Data Protection, FCA and regulatory requirements, and Anti Money Laundering.
