Role: Training & Development Manager
Location: London / Home Counties
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus
Training & Development Manager Needed for multi-site hospitality business!
As Training and Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind elevating the skills and expertise of the team members. Your role will be dynamic, involving crafting and implementing training programs, guiding the onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and deliver engaging training programs.
- Develop clear career paths to guide team members toward their full potential.
- Keep training materials up to date.
- Manage the onboarding process for all new starters.
- Oversee team performance and work with the people and operations team to create solutions for continuous improvement of the teams and the brand.
- Establish and manage apprenticeship programs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations in all training initiatives.
