Your primary responsibilities are to develop, coordinate and deliver a programme of cycling and bike mechanicsactivities for young people aged 14 to 21. The Training & Employability Coordinator (Young People) will alsobe responsible for the delivery of our weekly Fix Your Own Bike sessions. You will be required to collect dataand participant feedback and prepare reports as part of your role.

The Women and Non-binary Coordinator will oversee the successful delivery of the specific projects and cycle trainingfor this group.
The post holder will directly support women and non-binary people with their training, they will also engage withcommunity groups and other minority groups.
They will also manage the coordination of training in a wide range of settings which will include on-road cycletraining, group rides and e-cargo bike training. Developing strong partnerships with individuals, andcommunity-based services are key to this role.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results driven individual with extensive experience of volunteermanagement, to join our team as a Senior Branch Engagement Officer – Scotland.
Our network of Branches are entirely volunteer run by parents, carers and autistic individuals who want to make adifference to autistic people. They are local, community led and entirely responsive to the needs of autisticpeople in their area.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting these branches to implement policies and procedures to keepactivities safe and legal and become more sustainable.
To be successful, you will have good communication skills and have strong leadership qualities. You will need to havea good knowledge and understanding of volunteer management and be educated to at least university degree levelin an appropriate discipline or proven track record in the field.
Where you will be working:
This role will be home based, so you must be able to work remotely (IT equipment will be provided). Candidates mustbe based in Scotland.
This is a permanent contract working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Elevate is one service with two routes to employability: Elevate Glasgow PSP and the Recovery Employability Service.This role is based within the Elevate Glasgow PSP team. The Elevate PSP team work with those in the earlierstages of their employability journey working on building up confidence, training, education and volunteering.Elevate offer a person-centred approach to individuals in their employability journey. This team are also oftenout in the community networking with our partners within the drug and alcohol sector.
Elevate is an employability service for people in recovery from drugs and/or alcohol. We are delighted that we arenow able to extend the service to include aftercare provision for those in work to include those affected bypoor mental health or have experience of homelessness or the criminal justice service as well as those inrecovery.
The Employability Support Worker will make a real impact to individuals’ day to day lives as they uniquely tailortheir personal development, offer emotional and practical support and set realistic goals as part of theirjourney to employability opportunities.
