Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled, self-driven, and experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team and support the transformation of our SMB clients. Digital Maturity Assessment: By understanding the client’s business strategy and goals, you will conduct thorough assessments to evaluate and report on the maturity level of their digital presence across people, processes, and business systems. ~ Digital Strategy Definition: Collaborate with executive leadership to define and refine the organization’s digital strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall business objectives. ~ Business Process & Value Stream Mapping: Map multiple core business processes, data flow points, and system requirements in detail to identify where value can be unlocked and operational inefficiencies reduced through transformative changes. ~ Profile our clients' customer base to advise on the most effective digital channels and processes that enhance engagement and interaction through the recommended digital solutions. ~ Design a comprehensive digital ecosystem that integrates both existing and new business systems, ensuring seamless integration. A focus will be on aligning application functionality with process improvements to boost staff productivity and enhance customer experience. ~ Supplier Governance: Oversee and manage system suppliers, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and deliver high-quality services. ~ Project Leadership: Lead the implementation of business change initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring they achieve the desired benefits. ~ Low Code Software Development: You will take responsibility for hands-on low-code software development, requiring adequate expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams. You will also be expected to evaluate, adapt, and develop low-code solutions using non-Microsoft platforms as needed. ~ Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, design specifications, and code repositories for handover to clients and third-party support services. ~ Compliance & Transition: Ensure that all digital solutions comply with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements. Where necessary, establish the appropriate service functions to support the transition and ongoing needs of the client. ~ Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest digital trends, software development practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve solutions and reassess customer digital ecosystems for future improvements and risk mitigation. Experience of digital solutions architecture, with proven examples of how you have successfully delivered the responsibilities and activities outlined above for clients throughout your career. Proficiency in low-code software development is required, with recent examples showcasing your expertise, particularly within the Microsoft stack (Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams). Experience in high-code software development is also necessary, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience using industry-standard programming languages at some point in your career.
