Are you driven and entrepreneurial, ready to take the next step in your real estate career? We are looking for a Transactions Analyst to join our London-based team. With the leadership of experienced colleagues, you’ll liaise and collaborate with internal and external teams to help keep our operations on track. Day to day, you’ll work closely with transaction leads on acquisitions, assisting in the research, financial analysis and presentation to key stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Perform comprehensive and in-depth industrial real estate and market analysis

• Conduct research and prepare analytics, presentations and documents

• Coordinate, collect and review materials for due diligence

• Prepare, maintain and develop acquisition models

• Collate trading and transaction comparable evidence

• Assist with preparations for leasing and credit analysis, debt raising and modelling and off-site inspections.

What you’ll bring

• Your education, to master’s degree level

• Around 2-3 years’ experience

• A relevant employment background, preferably with around two years’ experience and a genuine interest in real estate

• Native or strong professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. A Nordics language is considered a plus

• A hands-on approach and drive to get things done. You can demonstrate a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results

• An understanding of good information management principles. You understand the importance of a single source of truth, data ownership, and consistency

• Your passion for teamwork, organizational skills, and a desire to learn on the job

• Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Your great team energy. You’re a hands-on self-starter who works confidently and independently, and you also collaborate well with others.
