Job Description
As an Executive Director in the Transfer Pricing team you will be involved in a number of different areas of Transfer Pricing planning and compliance for the Group, across different lines and business and either globally or with a regional focus. The day to day responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the development, implementation, and maintenance of transfer pricing policies for their numerous lines of business
- Active involvement in the development, negotiation, and reporting requirements of APAs, MAPs and other proceedings
- Oversight and involvement in the preparation and maintenance of global transfer pricing documentation
- Building and reviewing comprehensive financial models that support transfer pricing analysis
- Directly liaising and partnering with various business and finance teams and with other members of the global tax department to independently drive large-scale projects
- Managing and working with outside advisers in the context of TP planning and compliance
The Successful Applicant
You will be an experienced Transfer Pricing professional with ideally a good body of in house FS Transfer Pricing experience already. However, our client is also open to seeing experienced Senior Managers and Directors who are looking for their first move from the Big 4.
What's on Offer
Given our client is looking a broad range of levels the salary on offer could be circa £100,000 and £160,000 base plus excellent bonus and benefits package.
