Job Description
My client is a UK based translation company offering legal, technical and creative translation and interpreting services to law firms, financial institutions and corporates in Europe, UK, Russia and CIS countries.
The role will include:-
• Managing and coordinating multiple translation/interpreting/voice-over projects • Establishing and maintaining relationships with contract translators, proof-readers, interpreters, voice-over artists globally• Negotiating rates and deadlines with contract translators to maximise profitability and efficiency• Managing and expanding the database of customers and resources• Working on CRM platform: order workflow, gross profit analysis, updates to customer groups, data entry, etc.• Billing projects (dealing with financial invoices) and credit control• Preparation of various legal certificates and affidavits• Trouble-shooting problem projects• Investigating clients' queries• Proof-reading and occasional translation• General office and administration duties
