Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Google Suite and QuickBooks.
Responsibilities:
– Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing
– Manage office supplies and inventory
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
– Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
– Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for catering and accommodations
– Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
– Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in an administrative role
– Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
– Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
– Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
