What you’ll do on a typical day: Planning peak schedules to ensure the network is correctly resourced and additional costs are aligned with the budget Ensure vehicles across the network are planned to be fully utilised and reduce vehicles scheduled per day per site Complete analysis of the planned KPI’s vs actual vs budget. Any variations to plan need to be challenged/understood Control costs in line with budgets and propose initiatives that will support cost reductions Communicate with colleagues, managers, internal and external contacts as required to ensure effective two-way communication exists to support achievement of agreed customer service levels What skills you need to succeed at GXO: Experience within a planning or operations environment that demonstrates the capability to schedule and implement a paragon schedule Results orientated, willing to take ownership for achieving targets Financially and commercially aware Able to demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement “
