Bradford Jacobs is currently supporting a leading US based corporate travel management company, specializing in online travel technology and superior customer service as they continue to grow in the UK.
This position is accountable for organizing travel from beginning to end for corporate clients, performing all ticketing duties, providing recommendations and travel advice, and maintaining an exceptionally high level of service to all customers.
Responsibilities:
- Organize travel from start to finish
- Handle all ticketing duties
- Provide travel recommendations and advice
- Maintain high service standards for all customers
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the travel industry
- Proficiency in GDS systems, especially Worldspan and/or Sabre
- Customer-centric approach
- Consultative skills
- Adaptability and positive attitude
- Problem-solving ability
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Spanish language fluency is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork orientation and cultural fit
- Tech-savvy and open to learning new technologies
- Business acumen and understanding of financial performance.

- Monday to Friday OR
- Wednesday to Sunday
Working hours
- 11pm to 8am GMT
