Job Description
We have direct instructions from a leading international law firm to find an associate with a travel and leisure industry background to join its specialist travel and leisure regulatory team based in London.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of travel package regulations and contract drafting experience, ideally in a holiday-oriented context. The role will also involve dealing with data protection, marketing and advertising and consumer protection regulatory issues.
Whilst the role will involve some element of personal injury and some experience in the area is also required, our client is not looking for generalist/pure personal injury lawyers.
This role may suit someone from an in-house background within the travel and leisure industry, or a competitor team in private practice. The successful candidate will have around 3-4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
