Job descriptionPertemps Managed Solutions has been engaged by an award-winning travel agency, with a large presence in the North of the UK, to find the latest addition to the team, a Travel Consultant! The role is diverse, rewarding and fast paced. In this role you will support clients with their holiday needs through various means such as face to face, social media, online and over the phone. Responsibilities:Create and book unforgettable experiences, tailored exactly to your customer’s needsConfidently communicate with prospective clients, through a wide range of channels including online live chats, social media, telephone enquiries and face-to-face conversationsOffering out-of-this-world customer service. This a key component to the business’s successful historyEnsuring sales targets are met and working as a team to contribute to your branch’s overall targetsWhat we’re looking for: Previous experience working in a retail travel environmentA flair for communicating with a wide variety of clientsThe confidence, determination and drive to succeed.
