Wild by Tart is a neighbourhood restaurant set within a multipurpose space. Housed in a former power station and coal store, the 9,000 sq. ft site light filled space combines a restaurant, bar, coffee kiosk, retail store, events space, and photography studio. We work with the best suppliers using seasonal, British produce wherever possible.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Manager or Head Host to develop their career within an established brand under forward-thinking and supportive management.

As our team continues to grow and develop, we are looking for ax experienced Reservations Manager to assist in delivering great service with a focus on maximising covers and booking in large groups in the restaurant, while also contributing positively to the overall culture and atmosphere of the restaurant. The right candidate will have a passion for hospitality and the ambition to continue to develop their knowledge and grow in their career with us.
What we look for:
Minimum 1 year Reservations Manager or Head Host experience, with solid knowledge of the London hospitality industry and restaurant operational systems
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write personable and professional emails
Meticulous organisational skills with great attention to detail, and able to prioritise a demanding workload
A passion for great food, service, and people
Fluency in English, written and spoken
Enjoys new challenges and has the ability to inspire others
Level-headed and consistent in nature

Salary: £40,000 per annum, including tronc.
~ Full time, 45 hour contract.
