My client is a London-based FinTech who are looking for an Operations Analyst to join the team. This role has come about from organic company growth and will involve helping to launch fixed-term-fund products, as well as process improvement as the business scales.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams on launch of new fixed-term fund products
- Monitor and report on performance of fixed-term funds
- Support onboarding of new clients
- Manage banking relationships
- Monitoring transactions to ensure compliance
- Help to automate management information documents (KPI Dashboards etc)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Assist with production of financial reporting
Key Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in Finance or Treasury function of a Bank or Financial Services business
- Strong academics (Degree in Economics, Finance, or similar)
- Passion for finance
- Understanding of complex financial instruments
- Strong Excel skills
