Turn Operations & Performance Lead To be the airport for everyone whatever your journey The Opportunity: Are you our next Turn Operations & Performance Lead. We are looking for someone who can help us redefine what's possible for are our Aerodrome Community. The Turn Operations & Performance Lead is responsible for the community's development and delivery of a ground performance delivery plan, maximising the use of airfield infrastructure to enable growth through the delivery of On Time Performance. Co-ordinating the tactical parties in Airlines, Ground Handlers, ANSP and flow planning to deliver the Operational safety and on –time Performance of the Aerodrome. Ensures the highest safety standards in the Apron areas, embodying the Just Culture in the underwing activities at Gatwick. Manage the airfield ground handling and service partners across the Airfield environment. Through effective management of 3 rd parties to their license obligations. What you'll be doing? Lead Gatwick's on Time Performance improvement plan across 3 rd party and ground handling teams, enabling Gatwick's growth through airlines ground operational performance. Use of data to drive a continuous improvement program of safety across the underwing operators, driving just culture through all who operate on the apron. Utilisation of Gatwick's stand assets ensuring the delivery of Pier Service Level, meeting Gatwick's Growth plans. Management oversight of all those licensed to operate on Gatwick's Airfield to their respective license conditions. Sponsorship and integration of improvement programs across the ramp environment. Do you have what we're looking for? Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of aircraft ground and flight operations, Airport Air Navigation Service provision. Knowledge and experience in leading a large safety and regulatory focused operational setting. Experienced in the management of 3 rd party service providers. Strong analytical and numerical skills – evidenced in statistical improvement programs. Experience operating in a highly commercial environment. Proven ability to influence at all levels. Exposure to Crisis management events. Experience in delivering improvements plans across multiple stakeholders.
