Job Description
We are recruiting for a Training Operations Manager (UAV / Drone Training) to head up the training department of a successful drone technology supplier. The role will be provide drone operation and pilot training to multiple clients on the various UAV products plus oversight and management of legal and compliance processes within the training schedule.
The position is a permanent role Mon-Fri circa 40 hours per week. Basic salary up to 55k. Mileage and travel expenses paid (inc co. credit card). 26 days holiday plus stat. Healthcare and sick pay package available after probation.
Requirements:
Min 5 years in a customer facing management role in the drone industry Experience in Safety Management Systems
GVC holder
Full driving License
Customer Focused and Client facing
Have excellent communication skills in respect of the trainers & examiners within the company and client side instruction
Willing to develop and grow within the position as the team expands
Fully conversant with current and potential future CAA regulations
Hold a genuine interest in UAV/Drone technology with a view to share working knowledge in the field to ensure correct operation of the equipment
