Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team in Dubai. What you will do
- Design and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance usability.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Perform usability testing and resolve any UI/UX issues.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources effectively.
- Provide strategic design thinking in line with the company’s goals and user needs.
- Prototype for new product ideas and iterate based on user feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work.
- Experience in coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS, and comparable languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with user research and usability testing.
- Creativity and willingness to work on mobile and web applications.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with strong project management skills.
- Must be under 35 years of age.
