Who you are:  At Harri, the UK Account Manager plays a crucial role in cultivating and deepening the company’s relationships with mature and renewed talent acquisition-only accounts after their initial year of lifecycle. A significant part of this role is driving cross-platform sales, transitioning these accounts from Talent Acquisition to Workforce Management and Payroll services. Simultaneously, ensuring clients remain informed about market trends, technological advancements, and best practices is integral to this role. The UK Account Manager reports to the SVP of Sales UK and is responsible for driving revenue cross sell through existing accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise software and/or SaaS account management, with a preference for those who have specific experience selling into the hospitality industry. This role will drive revenue growth by identifying and working targeted accounts through the entire buyer’s journey.  You will be a self-starter, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Key Responsibilities:   ●  Execute a sales prospecting plan to penetrate target accounts and expand significant market share within identified customers. ●  Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment ●  Selling on value and return on investment vs. features & functions ●  Source cross sell sales opportunities through creative outbound prospecting and limited inbound lead generation ●  Build relationships with key decision makers across all customer accounts ●  Effectively deliver product demonstrations to customers to showcase value of Industry Intelligence ●  Serve as a trusted advisor to customers to achieve desired business outcomes ●  Remain knowledgeable of company's products/services to support customer needs ●  Drive event attendance for webinars, trade shows/conferences, executive dinners and other events.  ● Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas ●  Passionately support our commitment to creating an outstanding experience for our customers ●  Disciplined use of Salesforce.com to record all communication with each lead, contact and account ●  Work effectively with other team members and throughout the organization, especially with the Customer Success, Implementation and Customer Support teams ●  Other duties as assigned   Experience and Skills:  ●  Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, or a technical discipline ●  5 + years in an enterprise SaaS account management role in the Hospitality sector ●  Experience delivering product demonstrations to create value ●  Experience generating proposals ●  Experience using SalesForce and Google Suite for Business ●  Proven track record of quick learning and exceeding set goals ●  Strong verbal and written communication skills ●  Organized, detail-oriented individual capable of meeting quarterly and annual results ●  Proven success in executing outbound targeted sales programs to achieve desired results ●  Experience engaging with prospects through social selling efforts ●  A team player who performs well independently ●  Must be a confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment *Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a complete listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position.
