ABOUT THE ROLE
The UK ICFR Manger will be responsible for ensuring ICFR compliance for all in-scope entities in the UK. The role will have full ownership of the end-to-end ICFR process. The role will be the subject matter expert for the UK liaising with all areas of the UK SLT.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure ‘business as usual’ ICFR compliance
- Ownership of UK Risk & Controls Matrix
- Manage onboarding of all new ICFR components. Ownerships of full process from documentation through to testing with external auditors.
- Managing onboarding of all new in-scope system / process changes ensuring full compliance
- Review of all external providers SOC1 reports
- Key point of contact for external and internal auditors
- Executive reporting to UK Senior Leadership Team
- Training for all control owners
- Working with commercial teams to improve efficiency within ICFR controls
- Liaising with Dole PLC ICFR team ensuring best in class processes
- Working on priority controls-based projects as defined by Group requirements
- Ability to travel to multiple sites across the UK
