Responsibilities and Duties These include but are not limited to: Using our SAP database (or equivalent), you will identify and contact customers who have previously purchased from Select to discuss new products and service offerings. Using Linked in Sales Navigator or Premium, you will identify our target customers and offer relevant services. Using our finance partners online portal, you will contact customers coming to the end of their finance lease to offer end of term options. Follow-up on inbound sales inquiries to generate new sales opportunities and pipeline Using our data-base you will develop lead generation and progress your sales pipeline. You will liaise daily with internal departments and our distribution partners to ensure the customers' expectations and requirements are communicated. You will attend weekly team meetings to discuss any challenges you are facing or offer advice to management and team. You will attend regular calls with your line manager to detail current activity, plan sales campaigns, review pipeline, brainstorm ideas etc.   Your responsibilities will include:       Delivering an excellent customer journey to every customer.       Achieving your monthly revenue and margin targets       Data-base management - Ensuring all information you add to SAP (or equivalent) and the CRM is accurate and up to date.       Responding to emails and phone calls in an appropriate time-frame.       Always ensuring professional communication.       Keeping up to date with your internal training requirements.       Demonstrating/selling our 360 services.       Maintaining an appropriate debtor listing at all times.   Training provided with this role;         Linked in Navigator/Premium         7 Pillars of our customer journey.         CRM training.         Marketing materials provided for prospecting Skills & Competencies Required To be successful in this role you will need; An excellent understanding of what services we currently offer to customers and an understanding of why these services are of benefit to them. Ability to identify our target market. A passion for Apple products. Great communication skills which include; quick response turnaround times, active listening, clear and concise reply's to queries to ensure customer expectations are always managed. Detailed information that allows customers to make informed decisions. Ability to work well with other team members in both your immediate team and the wider company teams. Full, clean driving licence. Preferred Additional Skills       Familiar with SAP/ERP systems       Experience with the B2B Market       Professional presentation at all times IND1
