Functional Knowledge Proven experience of handling MCL claims to a high standardACILA qualified General Background, Experience & Professional Qualifications Extensive knowledge of Commercial & Domestic LossesLikely to have a market/client reputationRegular contribution to technical papers/presentations to internal and external stakeholdersExperience of staff mentoring/development Key Responsibilities Working with the existing mentors and peer reviewers to maintain a high standard of consistent productDevelopment of staff handling £50-250K claims Contribute to training and development programmes Drive continuous improvement in technical delivery and enhanced Customer/claim outcomesContribute to technical guidance documents on key topics/areas.
