Our incredible products have helped successfully market over $250 Billion of luxury real estate worldwide across over 1000 iconic projects. Our newest product: Vibrant(TM) LED Controller for Architectural Models We are looking for a UK-based sales associate to represent our newest product, the Vibrant(TM) LED Controller for Architectural Models (lightitwithvibrant.com). Vibrant(TM) is the world's first Plug-and-Play lighting controller specifically made for the challenges of architectural model making. It is loved by architectural model makers and the only truly end-to-end solution in the world for these users. We are looking for a sales person to bring Vibrant to the 50 architectural model makers in the UK. If you are successful with Vibrant, you will have the opportunity to move into a full time position selling all of Evolution's products to developers in UK and potentially throughout Europe. Our clients in London already include British Land, Native Residential and others. Compensation: Sales Draw: £1,500 Commission: 10% of sales revenue. Draw will be deducted from commissions. Expected Total Compensation: £30,000-£60,000/year British Pounds Estimated time commitment: starting at 20 hours per week. Responsibilities: Reach out to the 50 UK-based architectural model makers through email and phone to set up meetings Visit model makers and give a 10-minute demonstration of the Vibrant LED Controller Work with Evolution team to onboard model makers for initial model-lighting projects Manage client and make sure they are aware of new features. Keep Vibrant top-of-mind. Provide phone, email and (infrequently) in-person customer service. Upsell model maker and developer clients on Evolution's portfolio of real estate marketing solutions (interactive presentation platform, visualizations, etc.) - see evolutionv.com Qualifications Outgoing, friendly personality Highly-capable, motivated and hard-working Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Previous success selling a plus General technical proficiency a plus Experience marketing or selling within luxury or real estate a plus Proficiency in Hubspot or equivalent CRM / marketing system a plus UK-based Remote Position This is a fully remote, part-time, contractor opportunity.
