Isotech - Isothermal Technology Ltd is a world leader in temperature calibration with over 40 years' experience in the design, manufacture and use of temperature calibration standards. Their temperature metrology equipment includes Thermometry Bridges, Standard Platinum Resistance Thermometers and ITS-90 Primary Standards used by National Metrology Institutes, accredited temperature laboratories, research laboratories, pharmaceuticals, and Oil and Gas companies. Isotech’s full-scale UKAS accredited laboratory (ISO/IEC 17025:2005) calibrates their own equipment and a full range of temperature equipment for clients, from industrial thermocouples to primary standards. The company is based in Southport, UK and has over 90 authorized sales agents worldwide.
Role Description
This is a full time hybrid role for a UK Sales Engineer at Isotech - Isothermal Technology Ltd. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for product sales of Isotech products throughout the UK. and providing technical support, communication, sales, and customer service to existing and potential clients. The position is located in Southport, UK with travel thoughout the UK.
Qualifications / Experience / Requirements
Engineering background HNC / Level 4 covering temperature / electronic principles preferred.
Experience in the temperature calibration industry or related field is a plus
Training will be provided to the right candidate.
Visits to new and existing UK customers to present Isotech solutions and instruments.
Frequent UK travel including overnight stays.
Able to lift and carry up to 20Kg instruments
Understanding or experience of the capital sales process.
