UKIC DV - Transformation Consultant
Location: London | Bristol | Manchester
Salary: London: £55,300 - £62,500 | Regional: £52,200 - £58,000
Working Pattern: Full-time, hybrid model
Summary
We're seeking a UKIC DV - Transformation Consultant within National Security to join one of the UK's leading digital transformation consultancies, where they will have the opportunity to work on major roll-outs & complex programmes.
The UKIC DV - Transformation Consultant will need high quality consulting skills and a record of delivering outstanding results when leading complex consulting projects focused on delivering technology-enabled change activities on National Security engagements.
You will participate in the transformation of technology incorporating people, process, and technology change. This role requires you to be holding an Active Developed Vetting (DV) Clearance via UKIC. If you do not have the correct eligibility, please do not apply!
Requirements
- Experience with Transformation and complex delivery projects; working as in strategy, project management, business consulting, transformation consultant etc.
- Experience in the transformation of technology incorporating people, process, and technology change
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand, interpret, present, and challenge technical and complex information
- Experience managing scope in challenging environments
- Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders
Role responsibilities
- Participate in the transformation of technology incorporating people, process, and technology change
- Work on Transformation and complex delivery projects
- Develop and advise on IT Operating Models and Digital Operating Models
- Analyse business processes and evaluate new tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
