About the Role : Our client is on a quest to transform educational technology and is seeking an experienced and driven User Experience Designer to lead this charge. By joining our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing interactive large touchscreen displays that enhance learning in classrooms and boardrooms globally. As a User Experience Designer, you will craft the UX strategy and create high-fidelity concepts for the acclaimed Lumio software platform, ensuring an optimal customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Take the helm on designing major software products or cross-product initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Product Management to align product specifications with user needs and champion feature prioritization.
Lead user research, translate findings into impactful designs, and integrate these insights into the product roadmap.
Develop detailed design specifications for our development team and actively participate in the design adjustments during implementation phases.
Communicate design visions compellingly through various mediums such as wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes.
Improve and lead user experience methodologies and mentor team members in effective design practices.
What We Are Looking For :
A robust portfolio demonstrating your problem-solving skills in UX design, preferably on Android-based platforms.
A degree in HCI, UI Design, Visual Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
At least 4 years of professional experience in user experience design, interaction design, or a similar role.
Proficiency with design tools like Figma and a deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
