Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative UX / UI Designer & Researcher to join our Experience team. You will work closely with our designers, behavioural scientists, data scientists, and software developers to research, design, and test new features of Signol.

This role is perfect for someone who is early in their career and excited to improve the user experience of highly trained professionals.

In this role, you will: 

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems through a variety of user research methods, including interviews, usability testing, online A/B testing, and surveys. 

Create user-centred designs that delivers impact while ensuring business and technical considerations are accommodated. 

Create user flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and mockups.

Contribute to the development of the design system that standardises visual styles, UI patterns, and functional logic across our product. 

Collaborate effectively with our Experience, Product, and Commercial teams.

Incorporate user feedback, engagement metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience.

Key Requirements

You have a degree/diploma in a design-related discipline, such as UX design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, Interface Design, Graphic Design, or in Social Sciences.

You have at least one year of professional experience applying design thinking processes and practical UX methods. 

You must be proficient in Figma (Sketch or InVision are optional).

You have the ability to research, analyse, conclude, and resolve user pain points.

You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.

You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

Experience in behaviour change research

£29,876 to £36,516 (+ London allowance)
