Job Description

Spirinova is seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating user-centered designs for our digital products and platforms. You will collaborate closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver intuitive and visually appealing experiences to our users. Responsibilities Create user-centered designs by considering user feedback, research, and testing Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for digital products Ensure the continuity and consistency of the user experience across different devices and platforms Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into design specifications Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continually improve designs Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design Work closely with the development team to implement and refine designs Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field Proven experience in UX/UI design for digital products or platforms Strong knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality designs on time Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus Benefits Private Healthcare Plan Life Assurance Leave Package Company Vehicle
