The role will report into the Head of Product Control, who has oversight across valuations and P&L management for several products lines. You shall work closely with the Front Office team to cover the Independent Price Verification on the fixed income and rates product lines (with the support of outsourced providers who complete the manual tasks), helping to analyse the price changes to provide insights into the market. On a daily basis, you shall also support with the preparation of flash P&L reports to be distributed across the firm. The business has heavily invested in streamlining their processes and systems, and have highly efficient reconciliation tools, leaving more time to focus on analytical value-add work and additional process improvement projects.

They are looking for confident valuations or product control candidates, who have a solid understanding of fixed income products (bonds, bank debt) and/or rates. You should have strong academics and excellent communication skills. Previous experience using VBA similar is desirable. Candidates should be on maximum 1 month notice.

They are prepared to pay a significant uplift from current base salary and you can expect 40%+ bonuses in your first year. The offices are extremely modern, with regular social events.
