Your passion as a Value and Access Pipeline Manager is to understand, drive and support the early launch activity on our new molecules to ensure access for all eligible patients at launch. You will work with experienced cross-functional teams and utilise first hand customer insights to develop early market shaping and early commercial strategies.

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Prioritise the molecules based on customer-insights and depth of knowledge, including robust forecast development and scenarios, risk registers and a clear plan for success
• Identification and clear communication of the critical assumptions that drive commercial forecast
• Identification of the critical priority deliverables earlier than -2 years needed to enable prelaunch success
• Explore broader opportunities within the Innovative Licensing & Access Pathway (ILAP) and Life Sciences strategy to identify potential disruptive pipeline approaches for priority molecules
• Collaboration with medical and external opportunities to position UK as opportunity for data / Real World Evidence
• Co-create strategies, compelling evidence & early system shaping needs to enable launch of our breakthrough medicines with excellence
• Seek customer insights from a diverse group of stakeholders to inform national and system launch needs
• Facilitate the cross functional product development team to ensure that early forecast and UK commercial opportunities can be understood

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University degree in medicine, pharmacy, biology, business administration or other relevant fields.
• Strong experience of working in a similar role in the Pharma industry.
• Ability to influence and collaborate at a global level.
• Strong process management and prioritization to deliver choice
• Experience of translating customer insights into meaningful insights
• Collaborative leadership to enable strong cross functional team working and improvement
