About the Role

The Value Creation team leads the way in shaping, designing and delivering growth for clients with a focus on existing market domination, new market entry and new project / service development. We drive sustainable growth for clients by helping them discover market trends and insights and embed new business models, services and products.

We are looking for a Senior Manager who can join our team to support the development of the proposition and lead the delivery of our Sales and Marketing Enablement programmes.  

This includes setting the vision, unearthing actionable insights from primary and secondary research, engaging leadership and stakeholders, designing sales & marketing enablement programmes, quantifying the value exchange and delivering the roadmap. Using a combination of tools, methodology and creativity, you will design and execute sales & marketing initiatives to maximise the company value and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, creative, and collaborative. You will work across a number of sales & marketing engagements and be accountable for managing client relationships, providing direction to programmes, overseeing quality assurance and setting up high performing teams. A growth consultant at heart, you must be comfortable in both a strategy and execution role ensuring Palladium can truly unlock the full potential of a business.

  • 8+ years experience in Value Creation, Growth Consulting or Digital Transformation at a Big 4 consultancy or boutique consultancy
  • Alternatively, 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles (brand or agency)- 4+ years in enablement-focused roles and 4+ years as a successful individual sales and/or marketing leader
  • Knowledge and experience leading value creation / digital transformation projects across Sales and Marketing Enablement
  • Have a track record of driving sales and marketing enablement initiatives across different regions and markets, understanding cultural nuances and local sales practices.
  • Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and make data-driven improvements
  • Set KPI’s with Sales and Marketing Leadership to drive measurable results
  • Validate and test new ideas based on research/industry trends, and collaborate with other marketing team members and external partners to gather competitive information and identify new opportunities
  • Passion for design and innovation, understanding the latest trends and best practices across Sales & Marketing
  • Outstanding listening and empathy skills, strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, passion for digital and ability to think creatively
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to C-level stakeholders – both verbally and in writing
  • Solid project management skills managing multiple engagements at once, scope, budget and quality of work
  • Establish strong working relationships with Sale Leads, Product Management, Affiliated Marketing Teams, Legal and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities – Client Facing: 

  • Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for sales & marketing programmes and advising on strategic direction and execution
  • Develop an understanding of the client’s business environment and strategy to provide adequate growth advice to leadership
  • Understand and present emerging behaviours, technologies, and companies that are changing our client’s businesses
  • Lead and quality assure the execution of sales & marketing programmes across the key outcomes of existing marketing growth, new market entry and new products and services
  • Inspire clients and teams through delivering compelling strategic narratives
  • Leverage best in class strategic frameworks to support clients in opportunity identification, solution development and strategy formation
  • Contribute to the development of deliverables and ensure the highest standard by providing quality assurance
  • Support project contracts and scopes whilst working to agreed client budgets to ensure profitable engagements

Responsibilities – Palladium Facing:

  • Support the Director of Value Creation in developing the client propositions and sales & marketing delivery frameworks
  • Support business development - bids, responses to invitations to tender and preparing materials for client presentations and pitches
  • Support company development activities such as internal training, mentoring sessions and organise events
