The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Maidestone area. We are looking for several dedicated van drivers to join the team. Hours: Operate various shift patterns, discussed and agreed upon during the interview stage, with typical shifts ranging from 5:30am to 3:30pm or 07:30am to 5:30pm. Pay Rate : £11.44 per hour during the 8-week trial and then opportunity to earn approximately £30,000 base after costs for only 4 days per week, with the potential to earn £60,000-£70,000 with additional commitment. Location: Maidestone , ME20 Job Type: Full time Responsibilities: Deliver approximately 130 parcels per day, catering to both business to business and business to consumer deliveries. Operate various shift patterns, discussed and agreed upon during the interview stage, with typical shifts ranging from 5:30am to 3:30pm or 07:30am to 5:30pm. Maintain professionalism and efficiency in handling deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of parcels. Adhere to road safety regulations and company protocols at all times. Requirements: Minimum age of 21. Up-to-date DBS check or be willing to obtain one Willingness to commit to 4 days of work per week, with the option to work additional days for increased earning potential. Ability to work during peak periods, bank holidays, and the final 6 weeks of the year. Strong work ethic and determination to succeed in a challenging yet rewarding environment. UK driving license held for at least 12 months. Clean driving record with no more than 6 points for minor offenses.
