Job Description
Caledonia Recruitment is currently recruiting Vehicle Technician, Senior Technician, Master Technician AND Dual-Branded Vehicle Technicians for a market leading Automotive company based in Glasgow.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. - Repair or replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, and electrical systems. - Conduct vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues or safety concerns. - Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on vehicles.
Qualifications
-SVQ Level 3 in Light
Vehicle Maintenance and Repair required or equivalent required
-Experience of working in a busy workshop environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with various vehicle systems
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
