Veterinary Clinical Director Swindon, Wiltshire

We are recruiting for Veterinary Clinical Director to join small animal practice on the outskirts of Swindon in Wiltshire. This is a full-time role with no OOH! There is a share of the Saturday rota which is 9am - 1pm.
This is an established practice boasting an excellent local reputation along with a low staff turnover. They offer a wide range of Veterinary Services and facilities and provide first class care. They offer an in-house laboratory which has a wide range of diagnostic tests and digital x-ray equipment, Ultrasound and dentistry services.
The Clinical Director will be responsible for leading the team.
The working days are 9am - 6pm. The day comprises of 1 Vet consulting and the other operating in the morning and there is one Vet on sole charge duty in the afternoon. There is a 1:3 Saturday rota working 9am - 1pm sole charge.
They practice understand the importance of a good work / life balance so they regularly all engage as colleagues and schedule work shifts to suit them which overall improves the service and work environment.
They pride themselves on the customer and client care they offer a bespoke service for every client. They comprise of a small friendly team of 3 Vets, 3 Nurses and a support team.

- Hours: Monday - Friday full time
- Weekends: Saturdays on a rota
- OOH: None
- Team: 2 Vet 2 Nurses and Practice manager and support team
- Consultations: 15 Minutes
