We are working with an independent small animal practice with their main branch located in Dorking, Surrey and a branch surgery in nearby Bookham. Dorking is situated in the beautiful Surrey Hills area, with some lovely local towns and villages surrounded by amazing countryside. Dorking has easy access to London and the coast. You will be joining an experienced team of 9 vets, 7 RVNs, 2 SVNs and 2 kennel assistants – They also have a medicine certificate holder and others starting certificates. The team is very close and believe in the importance of supporting their staff.
The practice is a long-established, independent practice with an excellent local reputation. They pride themselves on providing the highest quality of care to all clients. The practices all have modern veterinary surgical facilities including:
• X-Ray
• Ultrasound (including cardiac probe)
• In-house haematology, biochemistry and urinalysis machines
• In-house microscopy
• Dental x-ray
• Laparoscopic equipment
• Endoscopy
• Bronchoscopy
The practice has regular in-house CPD for their vet and nurse teams and £1000 CPD as part of the programme.
The Rota:
Part time or full time hours available :
2 days a week plus 1 in 8 Saturdaysor
4 days a week plus 1 in 4 Saturdays
15-minute consults
