Here at Lloyd & Cowan we are thrilled to be working with a practice who are seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
About the role
This is a full-time GP first opinion position (4-day week), yet they would be more than happy to explore other potential rota options.
You would be fully supported by an experienced senior vet, an experienced RVN and trainee nurses. You will also have the support of our invaluable regional manager, and newly appointed regional head vet for any of those clinical queries!
As well as being equipped with everything you would expect, the practice is kitted out perfectly for a vet with a surgical bias, as their previous vet was an orthopaedic surgeon.
There are no on-call requirements for this role!
This practice provides Hayes End with its OOH care and support with any complex cases you may need to refer.
There is state of the art diagnostic support at the hospital with a new CT scanner, a diploma holder in imaging providing their CT and ultrasound service, a strong medical team, and experienced surgeons routinely conducting advanced orthopaedic, soft tissue, and minimally invasive surgery all available on site.
Salary/Hours:
The salary band for this 43.8 hourly week role inclusive of weekend rotation is£45,990 to £63,510depending on experience, and allowing room for growth within the role, as personal development and progression is extremely important to them.
