This is what LifeAtBNY is all about.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, International Communications to join our International Communications team supporting EMEA and APAC. This role is located in London, Hybrid.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:  Lead on internal communications for EMEA and APAC, planning, writing and promoting content for a range of internal communications channels such as intranet, Town Hall meetings, presentations and leadership communications.  Work with senior leaders in crafting communications to inform, inspire and engage colleagues across International, ensuring stakeholders receive the right messages across various internal platforms at the right time. Produce creative content, considering new and innovative ideas to ensure maximum engagement with employees across multiple locations.  Support in organizing company events like town halls and executive visibility.  Ensure all internal communications content is engaging and has a consistent tone of voice, and internal and external messages are aligned. Support with the internal communications response within issues management which affect organizational perception and reputation. Partner with communications colleagues based in New York, London/Europe and Hong Kong. Work effectively with the International Communications team, supporting cross-team projects as needed.  To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  Bachelor's / master’s degree in communication, journalism / Marketing, or a related field. Relevant years of proven experience in communication roles, with a focus on internal communication. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align internal messaging with organizational goals. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and effectively. Proficiency in utilizing various communication tools and platforms. Experience in collaborating with senior stakeholders and providing strategic counsel. Ability to analyze data and insights to inform communication strategies and enhance approach.
