The top tier Investment Banking Restructuring team is looking to hire a Vice President into their Restructuring team in London.

If you have a proven track record in Leveraged Finance or Restructuring and are looking to join an elite shop to stay at the forefront of a challenging market, while also gaining significant experience that will elevate your deal sheet of across the capital structure analysis, this could be a great opportunity for you.

These responsibilities include:

· You will lead the execution on a variety of transactions, including creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed mergers & acquisitions

· Prepare, analyse and help explain historical and projected financial information

· Coordinate and perform business due diligence, lead and execute M&A transactions

You require:

· 7-11 years’ experience in Restructuring or Leveraged Finance

· Proven deal execution experience in Financial Restructuring, Leveraged Finance or M&A
