We are looking for a Video Technical Architect for one of our public sector clients.
Rate: up to £745 per day
Inside IR35
12 months
1 day on site in London, 4 remote
As a Video Technical Architect, the key responsibilities are:
Create architectural approaches for video solution design and implementation.
Provide architectural governance and oversight over MSP supplied solutions.
Analyse business requirements to develop technical video solutions and their framework.
Liaise with various vendors and suppliers to improve and optimise existing solutions.
Design and develop video capabilities, including numerous engineering, business, and records management functions.
Ensure effective and reliable operations for technology in meeting rooms across the enterprise.
Collaborate with other IT teams to coordinate network, infrastructure, and other systems issues
Design, develop and evolve new/existing systems.
Ensure best practices are carried out throughout the design life cycle.
Act as an escalation point for critical or high severity events and incidents.
As a Video Technical Architect, it's essential you have:
Experienced in designing video solutions.
Proven experience in the production and design of complex Communication systems. Including, requirements discovery and analysis, formulation of solution context, identification of solution alternatives and their assessment, technology selection, and design configuration.
The ability to design systems characterised by medium levels of risk, impact, and business or technical complexity.
Able to work across multiple services or a single large or complicated service.
Must have MS Teams Rooms (MTRs) expertise and be able to follow on the technical design, to turn that into a physical build on all devices.
Understanding of POLY hardware and meeting room environments.
Experience working with O365 specifically MS Teams Meeting Rooms.
Understanding of MTRs/AV Meeting Rooms.
