We are looking to hire a Paralegal/Legal Manager for a NYSC listed hospitality group, who will be dealing with commercial contracts and many other paralegal duties. Responsibilities Deal with commercial contracts, including sponsorship agreements, sales, IT, digital marketing Primary point of contact for hotel managers seeking assistance from law department Organise documentation related to acquisitions or hotel financing Conduct and summarise legal research Qualifications Either 2 years commercial paralegal experience with LPC/SQE or 4 years commercial paralegal experience Must have commercial contract experience Must be able to commute to chancery lane in London 2 days a week Let me know if you have any questions about your application!
