Job Description
VP - Internal Planning Group
* Serve as the point of contact for the Planning Team, offering assistance, guidance, and advice primarily regarding pipeline and asset monitoring.
* Collaborate and communicate with management, relationship managers, and Planning team members to lead various reporting and initiatives relevant to structured finance business and new business development.
* Review customer exposure and profitability to identify underperforming customers and transactions for potential sale and distribution, utilizing various metrics.
* Communicate with LCM and gather necessary information for investors and to support the due diligence process.
* Lead the preparation and oversight of regular Planning Reports, including weekly, monthly, and other periodic reports. This may include:
EMEA meeting materials such as Sustainable Finance pipeline report, KPI report, Financial
Projections, Deal Pipeline, Deal of the Month, Key Initiatives, Good Control, Double Count
Applications, Self-Assessment materials.
* Provide support for credit monitoring
The Successful Applicant
Financial Services
* Proficiency in Japanese language for communication with various headquarters functions (Preferred)
* Knowledge and experience in Corporate Finance and/or Project Finance.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products and software such as PowerBI, Tableau or SQL
* Understanding of capital market products including derivatives, DCM, and securitizations desirable.
* Understanding of the asset management business desirable.
