As a Searcy's waiter, you will be required to run sections, understand and deliver all guests' requirements and offer seamless service, food and drink.Job Type: Full Time / Part time and Flexible Salary: £13.15/hour + troncKey Responsibilities:Provide exceptional service to our guestsTo successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage servicesTake part in the setup and delivery of eventsFollow departmental procedures when carrying out opening/closing duties Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainingLiaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managersDeal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and refer them to the line manager, if necessary Searcy's has a full blended learning programme that includes formal qualifications, classroom training, eLearning and on the job training.
