Searcys is steeped in rich heritage and is passionate about its people, therefore offers industry leading benefits which include: 50% discount across Searcys venuesEnrolment into the Searcys pension schemeUp to 33 days annual leave (dependant on job role)Access to everyday discounts and communication portalEmployee assistance programmeEnrolment into Searcys Champagne SchoolMeals provided on shift when working within one of our venueTronc We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiter / Waitress to assist the floor managers/supervisors in the day-to-day operations of the Events department. As a Searcy's waiter, you will be required to run sections, understand and deliver all guests' requirements and offer seamless service, food and drink.Job Type: Full Time / Part time and Flexible Salary: £13.15/hour + troncKey Responsibilities:Provide exceptional service to our guestsTo successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage servicesTake part in the setup and delivery of eventsFollow departmental procedures when carrying out opening/closing duties Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainingLiaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managersDeal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and refer them to the line manager, if necessary Searcy's has a full blended learning programme that includes formal qualifications, classroom training, eLearning and on the job training.
