Responsibilities and Duties:
\nWorking in the community, our care assistants support our customers within their own homes. Providing support across a variety of areas, including personal care, meal preparation, medication support, companionship, end of life and complex care; using a person-centred approach at all times.
\nQualifications and Skills:
\nExperience is preferred, but not essential as all of our care assistants will receive a comprehensive induction and skills assessment programme.
